Do you mean the "Stat Chat" List? I created the list and placed relevant stories in it. I'm going to be adding some more to it soon.

If it's the "More from Kyle L." section, that's done by Medium automatically. I'm not 100% sure how that one works. I believe it pulls stories that match your readers interests (but we don't always get to see what those interests are until higher stats are available).
