I found the original comment and the "writer's" articles all sound like this. It seems what's they're doing is running other people's stories through AI (probably the Grammarly improve it features) and posting it as their own. If it's a bot doing this, it's possible that the comment was supposed to be copied into an article and not mistakenly as a comment.
