I've always felt that comfort goes a long way to making people happy and for myself, its always gone hand-in-hand with positivity. So I've tried to bring that into the pub. This pub was built to support and encourage one another without being pressured. It starts with ensuring people are comfortable writing and interacting here.

At the same time, we have like 4 rules lol. One of them is no stories about Medium. This gets rid of pretty close to all conversations here about earnings and constant growth that many other pubs see. There's countless other places better suited for those than here. I feel like those stories create expectations and ideals that can cause pressure.
