There's an old term, "failing upwards." Usually it gets used towards CEOs that get hired at bigger companies after the company they were running failed. It's supposed to be a negative wich as "oh another CEO failing upwards..."
It's a bit more than that, though. Failing upwards means learning and growing from your mistakes to ensure that the next venture will be successful.
Failure is a learning experience that everyone goes through. "Failure is just the first step towards succes."
