Tips to Become a Better Writer — Lessons from Unconventional Places

So many times, people are looking for tips to improve their writing on Medium. The most common advice here comes down to a few things:
- Build a following.
- Find your niche.
- Write daily.
- Interact with others.
These are great tips for growing on Medium and every writer here should follow them. However, these tips don’t necessarily work to improve your writing.
That’s why I want to do something a little different. Over the next little while, I will be looking at ideas from outside writing communities for ways to improve as a writer. These unconventional places can provide both great insight and great inspiration.
I will update this page with links to each article when they are published. So stick around, have fun, and (hopefully) we can all learn something together!
