But seriously, yeah, there's a lot of conflicting info because everyone's brain works and processes information differently. Like you said, the best thing to do is sit down and just write. You'll develop your own processes, shortcuts, and strategies with time and patience without wasting time trying to implement every piece of advice out there.

...I'm also pretty sure I'm guilty of putting "do what works for you" in a couple articles, too. 🫠
