Take a moment to reach out to your friends and loved ones. Check in with them to see how their doing. Call your mom, your dad, or whoever you have.

It’s not always clear that someone is suffering. We’ve seen it with celebrities such as Chester Bennington or Robin Williams who were beloved around the world. Yet, their voice is gone from the world but their influence lives on.

Small actions or a short conversation go a long way. I see it often in my day job when I see people’s stories about their struggles. Many people just feel they have no one to talk to. They just need a single person to converse with which gets the ball rolling to make positive changes.

So take a moment to and reach out.

But also take a moment for yourself. Work on your own mental health to build happy and healthy habits. Do something that makes you happy. Do something that helps break up the stress of life.

If you need it, it’s okay to ask for help. Seek it out if you feel like you need it.

You are not alone.
